As a Family church we place a large emphasis on the children of our church and our community. We aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children of Clydebank to be able to learn and grow, and at the same time be a support to their parents and guardians.
Every two months Kids Aglow invades the Sunday morning celebration joining us for a morning of singing, games, stories and Bible Charges. These services are a delight to young and old alike, and are an opportunity for the whole church family to enjoy God together.
Three mornings a week, the church building is transformed to look like a nursery and toddlers (and parents!) are let loose with the toys. It is open to all mums, dads, grandparents, friends and guardians with pre-school age children. The cost is £1 per day for each adult for 2 hours of enjoyment. Toast, biscuits and refreshments are included for all.
All of our children's leaders and helpers are vetted through Disclosure Scotland in accordance with our Child Protection Policy. During our 11am Sunday morning service we run a children's church called Kids Aglow. This is open to all children from ages 2-11, it is free and is 1½ hours of games, stories, songs and crafts. We run Children's holiday clubs during the Spring and Summer school holidays too which are similar, if a little faster and louder! real people, relevant people, redeemed people |
